HK GOV Cultural Programmes and Classes
The Hong Kong Government provides a large list of Cultural Programmes and Classes for the public to sign up for. Moist programs are free or subsidised and range from Cultural Presentations and film to museum heritage programs. There are various interesting programs with Chinese operas, a porcelain and painting museum , a Bruce lee museum, puppet shows, and storytelling for kids programs.

EventBridge HK has an amazing section where it displays all free courses with no string attached! The courses range from a Spartan Running club, talks by influential leaders, a fitness class, STEM workshops, online mindfulness meditation to dancing workshops. The amount of interesting creative opportunities to partake in on this website is astonishing.
Coursera
Coursera is a well known education platform which has courses that any person at all ages can partake in. They have lots of free of charges courses (seen on this website and their platform) that range from medicine to game theory to art and design. They also have courses in Mandarin which can help your Mandarin fluency.
Free to Learn HK
Free to Learn HK provides a range of free online classes, including Arts & Crafts, Dance Workouts, Yoga, and Mindfulness. Seasonal workshops connects the community through virtual fun in Easter Parties, and Summer Tutorial Sessions. For more information, check out their website.
Hands on Hong Kong is a great organisation which provides a efficient and easy method to give back to your community by signing up for opportunities. The versatile Christian Action NGO has a ethnic minority outreach section where they have different programs .. They have organised countless community related programs which full immerses minorities into HK.
Zubin Foundation is an NGO in HK driven to provide opportunities, make groundbreaking research, and drive systemic change. Their Chai Gathering workshop, in particular, creates a welcoming space for EMs. Recreational activities based on different cultures fosters a sense of community and inclusion. Activities include meditation, dance, financial planning, stress management, hairstyling, make-up, healthy cooking.
